Which topic intrigues you more: 1) the ancient Baghdad Battery or 2) the Gabon Prehistoric Nuclear Reactor? Why?
What other physics "mysteries" do you enjoy?
I like the idea of jaws pf these scientists with humanist leanings dropping at the sight of a prehistoric nuclear reactors. Not because I don't believe in human achievement, but because I believe even the smartest of us should be dumbstruck and humbled once in while.
The Baghdad Battery, because it raises questions about the history of people and their inventions, rather than the history of the earth.
Clearly the Battery. The Gabon reactor is just chemistry and physics with no intellectual input leading to it.Post a Comment
